Report Fees

The cost is $1.00 for the first page and 50 cents for every page thereafter.  It is recommended that you call first if you need an exact cost.  Call 387-2511 and ask for Records. 

You will need to complete a Request for Information Form.  You may download this here and bring it in with you.
